     Jeanine Delany:  “I have to say that I am glad
     that leadership academy had the convention on its
     agenda because I probably would not have gone
     otherwise.  I was initially unsure if it would be
     worth taking a few days away from my business
     and it proved to be worth the trip.  Aside from
     the convention itself, I really enjoyed spending
     time with everyone in our leadership academy.
     The classes I signed up for were informative and
     interesting.  Each class was short in time however
     the speakers were excellent and I walked away
     from each session with at least 1 or 2 great nuggets
     of information and feeling energized.  Overall the
