    Format: Event Name   |   Event Description   |   Event Start Date (e.g. 1/20/2026)
    • Promo reminders are scheduled 7 days before each class.
    • Priority CE classes with (2CE), (3CE) or (4CE) also get a 14-day reminder.
    • Generator enforces at most one e-blast per day and never on Saturday/Sunday.
    • Manual actions can’t place promos on weekends either.
