An Introduction to Real Estate Finance *3CE

This class is part of the Florida REALTORS iCE Program. Attendees must be present at the association for the webinar to receive credit.

Course Description: Learn how to increase your customer’s buying power, provide necessary finance suggestions, and move those hard to sell houses. REALTORS® who want to thrive and not just survive, must adapt to today’s market. This course will show you how!

Upon course completion students will be able to: have more homes for their buyers to look at, have more buyers for their sellers, increase their market place with new customers, protect customers from predatory lending, and prove to buyers and sellers that they are the agent to do business with.

This class will cover the basics of Form Simplicity: Setting up Preferences; Adding, Editing and Importing Contacts; Creating Folders and Uploading in My Files; Adding, Editing, and Previewing Clauses, Creating Forms Packages and working with the Blank Forms Library.

You’ve heard the saying, “from soup to nuts,” well, this course is the real estate equivalent of that saying.

From the moment, you go on a listing appointment to the writing of a sales contract for a customer, the entire transaction can be handled with Form Simplicity.

Objectives: Sign in to the blank forms library, create a transaction, use auto fill tools for any static fields, import data, insert forms, share data with customers and use the digital signature feature to seal the deal.

REALTOR Safety – Protect Yourself & Your Property

The Crime Prevention Task Force of Florida will be discussing information and techniques to keep yourself safe, guard your property as well as your personal information. The presentation will cover identity theft, purse snatching, active shooters, hurricane safety, fraud, guns, and carjacking. Crime Prevention Task Force is a community service organization developed by former law enforcement officers. Their mission is to achieve more awareness by the public of the criminal threat facing everyone in today’s society and show effective measures to counter that threat.
