BrokerBay Arrives at BER: A New Era in Showing Management

As of September 2, 2025, Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS® (BER) members have a powerful new tool for managing property showings: BrokerBay. We are thrilled to introduce BrokerBay as a brand-new showing service option in our MLS, giving you more flexibility and efficiency in your business. Best of all, you now have the choice – you can continue using the familiar ShowingTime, start using the new BrokerBay, or even use both side-by-side for maximum exposure. This launch marks an exciting step in BER’s commitment to provide cutting-edge tools to our members and keep pace with the modern real estate landscape.

What is BrokerBay?

BrokerBay is often described as “the most advanced, streamlined, and user-friendly showing management platform available”. In other words, it’s a next-generation system that handles every aspect of scheduling and tracking showings in one place. BrokerBay was built to simplify and improve the showing experience for agents, clients, and brokerages alike. It boasts “an intuitive, user-friendly platform and an agile cloud ecosystem” that continually evolves with the latest technology. Unlike older showing systems, BrokerBay feels modern and fast, with a sleek interface that’s easy to learn.

One big benefit is that BrokerBay is integrated right into our MLS. A new BrokerBay button now appears in your MLS dashboard – click it to seamlessly access the BrokerBay system without a separate login. On your listings, a BrokerBay booking icon will appear (similar to the ShowingTime icon you’re used to), making it easier than ever for any cooperating agent to schedule a showing on your listing. Because BER is offering BrokerBay as a member benefit, there is no extra cost to use it – it’s included with your MLS subscription, just like ShowingTime. The bottom line: BrokerBay brings a fresh, efficient option for handling showings, while keeping the workflow within the MLS platform you use every day.

ShowingTime, BrokerBay… or Both – Your Choice

A key advantage of this rollout is choice. BER members are not being forced to switch from ShowingTime; instead, BrokerBay is added as an additional service. You have “the power to choose your showing platform: the familiar ShowingTime, the new BrokerBay, or both!”. In your MLS listing settings, you can enable either or both showing services on a per-listing basis. This means if you and your client love ShowingTime’s system, you can keep using it. If you’re excited to try BrokerBay’s features, you can enable BrokerBay. You can even run both simultaneously to ensure all other agents – no matter which system they prefer – can book your listings easily.

Offering two side-by-side services is about flexibility. Some agents may transition gradually to BrokerBay while still handling appointments via ShowingTime; others might jump in and use BrokerBay for everything. BER recognizes that one size doesn’t fit all, and our MLS will support whichever workflow you choose. This dual-option approach has been used in other markets as well. For instance, in the Kansas City region, brokers noted that BrokerBay’s platform communicates directly with Supra lockboxes and offers robust analytics, delivering “a really great experience for our agents” and subscribers.
