The Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors is happy to present a new designation created for those REALTORS® selling real estate in the Bonita Springs-Estero communities of SWFL.
This designation is not affiliated with or endorsed by National Association of Realtors or Florida Realtors. The purpose of this designation is to have agents stand out in a crowd due to their vast knowledge of all aspects of the Bonita Springs-Estero area.
The Bonita Springs Estero REALTORS® program is composed of five core professional development courses and two electives that need to be completed in a 12 month time frame.
The cost of the designation is $60 forBonita Springs Estero REALTORS® members and $80 for Non-Members. The course fee is payable at the time of registration and is non-refundable. The cost includes tuition for all five core courses and two choice electives. Graduation will be held two times per year for those who complete the course.
