Presented by State Insurance USA, our March Open House Weekend is more than an event — it’s a free consumer-facing marketing opportunity designed to drive visibility for our members, connect the public with local REALTORS®, and showcase the ongoing value of your membership.
Our Open House Weekend returns March 27–29 with a public-facing website, print advertising, digital display ads, and direct consumer access to local open houses. As part of our 2026 “Give Back, Grow Forward” initiative, this campaign reflects a broader effort to modernize member value, strengthen community visibility, and create better tools for both you and the public.
This year’s campaign represents exactly the kind of value-driven visibility we are working to deliver for you in 2026.
Presented by State Insurance USA, the March Open House Weekend is a free member benefit built to do two things at once: help our agents promote their listings to real consumers, and make it easier for the public to discover open houses, connect with REALTORS®, and explore communities across Southwest Florida. The public landing page is already live and built around that experience, with search tools, home browsing, and direct paths to both the property search and REALTOR® connections.
This is not just another internal member promotion. It is a true consumer-facing campaign designed to put our members in front of active local traffic through coordinated advertising, a dedicated Open House Weekend page, and clear next-step pathways for buyers and sellers. That matters, because one of the biggest questions you ask us is simple: How does this help me grow my business? This campaign is one of our answers.
For the public, the experience is straightforward and useful. Consumers can visit the Open House Weekend page, browse available properties, filter by price, beds, baths, city, and time of day, and even build an optimized route. They can also click through to search more homes or find a REALTOR® directly from the page. In other words, the campaign is not just about impressions — it is about creating a cleaner bridge between local consumers and our professionals.

That local connection is a big part of why this matters. In real estate, visibility is valuable — but qualified, local visibility is even better. Our Open House Weekend campaign is built to deliver exposure in the markets you actually serve while also giving the public a centralized place to start their search. It creates a stronger, more useful experience than scattered social posts or isolated open house announcements, because it ties everything together under one destination.
The March campaign also includes real advertising support behind it. In addition to the live Open House Weekend page, the promotion is backed by a half-page vertical color print ad in the Bonita Banner and a digital display campaign with clickable banner ads that direct viewers straight to the open house website. A QR code in the print ad will do the same. Altogether, this is expected to generate meaningful consumer visibility and deliver the kind of promotion many agents would otherwise have to fund on their own.
That is what makes this effort so important: it is a free member benefit with real market-facing value.
For our members, this creates another layer of exposure around the work you are already doing. If you are hosting an open house, we are helping amplify that effort with a larger association-led campaign that extends beyond the single listing, the single brokerage, or your personal audience. It gives you the chance to benefit from a broader promotional engine while still directing consumers back to local professionals and their properties.
And even beyond the print graphics deadline, the campaign remains flexible. Open houses can continue to be added to the live Open House Weekend page, including during the event window itself, which means the website remains a living tool rather than a static promotion. That flexibility is important for you, and it is just as important for consumers who want the most current information possible.
This March weekend is also part of something bigger. We are not treating Open House Weekend as a one-off promotion. It is part of a broader 2026 strategy to strengthen member offerings, modernize public-facing tools, and create more meaningful visibility for REALTORS®, affiliates, and the communities we serve. That broader theme has already been established by us this year under the banner of “Give Back, Grow Forward.”
That initiative can already be seen across several recent upgrades and launches.
