This is the 2017 Primary Membership Designated Realtor (Managing Broker) application submission process. To complete the application, you may download, complete and return the application document or you may proceed with the application by completing the form below.

For either process, you will need to attach a copy of your RE License and a Letter of Good Standing from your previous Board.

    Enclose an additional document that provides this information. Use the File Upload Feature at the end of this application.
    If so, please notify that Association/Board of your change to B.E.A.R. membership and provide a Letter of Good Standing from that association.
    If yes, specify the substance of each complaint in each state, the agency before which complaint was made, and the current status or resolution of such complaint. Enclose an additional document that provides this information. Use the File Upload Feature at the end of this application.
