2026 Committees & Workgroups

Give Back • Grow Forward

Would you like to get involved in BER’s decision-making process and start your journey into leadership? Explore our 2026 committees and workgroups, meet this year’s chairs, and submit your 2026 Committee Consent to Serve.

Why Serve on a BER Committee?

Serving on a BER committee is one of the best ways to give back to the profession, build your network, and help steer the future of real estate in Bonita Springs–Estero and Southwest Florida.

Grow Your Voice & Your Business

From shaping educational offerings and MLS tools to weighing in on public policy and fair housing, committees give you a direct voice in the issues that affect your business every day.

  • Provide feedback on services, tools & benefits
  • Help design events, classes & publications
  • Ensure members’ needs are represented at the table

Pathway into Leadership

Committee service is often the first step toward Leadership Development, Leadership Academy, Advisory Council, and future Board service. It’s where many BER leaders started their journey.

  • Meet fellow leaders, brokers & affiliates
  • Learn how the association runs “behind the scenes”
  • Discover where your strengths fit best

Ready to start? Submit your 2026 Committee Consent to Serve.

2026 Committee Chairs

These volunteer leaders will guide BER’s 2026 committees and workgroups. When you serve, you’ll collaborate directly with them and with association staff to deliver member value all year.

Committee chairs help organize agendas, lead discussions, and work closely with BER staff liaisons.
