Join the MLS

Welcome! Start by completing the Join BER application. That page also includes current dues info and a dues calculator.

New to BER / SWFLAMLS

  1. Apply via Join BER (includes dues & calculator).
  2. Your Broker of Record approves your request.
  3. Pay initiation + prorated dues; we’ll send your MLS (Matrix) login.
  4. Activate Supra eKEY (see Supra section) and set up showing tools.

Already a REALTOR® elsewhere?

  1. Obtain a Letter of Good Standing from your primary board.
  2. Complete BER secondary membership + MLS add-on (via Join BER above).
  3. We’ll coordinate reciprocity with your broker as needed.

Recurring Fees & Billing (2025)

Exact amounts and due dates are maintained on the Join BER page (with a dues calculator). Your first invoice will prorate by month.

Supra eKEY & Lockboxes

  1. Your new broker updates the license with DBPR.
  2. Email MLS@BERealtors.org to update your MLS office and roster.
  3. We’ll confirm billing moves with Membership.
Data transfer (2025): We can pull your contacts and auto-emails over from NABOR only (RPCRA split their dashboard). Tell Membership you want your old data pulled and we’ll handle it.

Reinstate (Lapsed)

  1. Clear any outstanding balance in the Member Portal.
  2. Request MLS reactivation — we’ll restore access and Supra as needed.

Get eKEY on Your Phone

We’ll text/email you a secure activation link once your MLS setup is complete.

Cooperating Keys (Other Boards)

Plan ahead: please contact BER at least 24 hours in advance if you need cooperating keys for another association.

Membership can advise which boards require paperwork or fees.

How to Request Access

  1. Vendors: request access to the Bonita Springs–Estero REALTORS® association within BridgeAPIor email Tech@BERealtors.org to be invited.
  2. We work directly with vendors, not individual agents.
  3. If your vendor already receives an IDX feed: have them email Tech@BERealtors.org with your site details to approve your domain.

  • Follow display, attribution, and refresh rules in the MLS Rules document.
  • Ensure broker authorization is current in your vendor’s Bridge integration.

MLS Membership Information

Participation in the Bonita Springs Estero REALTORS® (B.E.A.R.) is available to real estate agents with valid real estate licenses whose Broker has joined as an office. Certified appraisers may also participate in the MLS of Bonita Springs-Estero. The Multiple Listing Service provides a large array of services to our Members, including:

MLS Billing Information

  • Your MLS fee invoices are e-mailed to you in June and December.
  • They are due in this office by July 1 and January 1.
  • It is important to keep your on-file e-mail address up to date with us so invoices do not get lost or go to spam.
  • Late fees are incurred if you have not paid by the due date and your service will be interrupted if you are not fully paid (dues and late fee) within the period of time as stated on your invoice
  • If your services are interrupted you will pay a reinstatement fee of $50.00
