Matrix November 2018 Updates

Your MLS team has been hard at work at updating the Fields and Options available on Input and for searching. On Wednesday, November 7th, you will see the addition of multiple fields, several new options under fields and a few Input rule changes. Overall, there were 14 new fields, 34 new options and 10 updated fields/options added.  The changes are below.  Click here for a PDF file.

 

1. Residential Input –

a. Unit/Apartment # – Updated field to add Condo Unit # for Display

b. Total Floors in Property – Clarified field to show how many floors a property has

c. Total Building Floors – Clarified for Condo only – Only Required for Low, Mid & High Rise
properties

d. Unit Floor – Rule updated to only be required for Low, Mid, & High rise properties

e. Units in Building – Rule updated to only be required for Low, Mid, & High rise properties

f. Pet Limit – Breed has been added under “limits” for Pets

g. Beach Club Included, Community Gulf Boat Access, Electric Vehicle Charging and Fish Cleaning
Station added as options under Amenities

h. Building Description has changed to Building Style and is now a mandatory field.

i. Gas – Natural and Gas – Propane options added under Cooling

j. Gas – Natural and Gas – Propane options added under Heating

k. Cooktop – Gas, Cooktop Electric, Grill – Electric, Pot Filler, Refrigerator/Freezer, Steam
Oven and Tankless Water Heater added as options under Equipment/Appliances Included

l. New mandatory field “Gas – Y/N” added and new field “Gas Description:” with options of “Gas –
Natural” or “Gas –Propane” was added. Gas Description is required if Gas is Yes.

m. Jet Ski Lift option added to Boat/Dock Info.

n. Coffered Ceiling and Zero/Corner Door Sliders options added to Interior Features

o. Across From Beach Access option added to Lot Description

p. “On-Site” option added to Management

q. Electric Vehicle Charging option added to Parking

r. Shutters – Screens/Fabric option added to Storm Protection

s. Impact Resistant option added to Windows

t. Indoor option added to Pool Field

u. Indoor Option added to Spa Field

v. Canal Width 1-30 and Canal Width 31-80 options added to Canal Width

w. Bridge(s)/Water Indirect and No Bridge(s)/Water Direct options updated for Gulf Access Type

x. Tax Description was moved to the Financial Tab

y. Other Fee and Other Fee Frequency fields added to Financial

z. Annual Food & Beverage Minimum added to Financial

aa. Subject to Lease Y/N, Lease Description and Lease Expiration Date fields added to Financial.
Lease Description and Lease Expiration Date only required if Subject to Lease is “Yes”.

bb. Bonus Amount Description Field added to Compensation with the options of

“Dollar Amount” and “Percentage of Sales Price”

2. Residential Income Input –

a. Pet Limit – Breed has been added under “limits” for Pets

b. Beach Club Included, Community Gulf Boat Access, Electric Vehicle Charging and Fish Cleaning
Station added as options under Amenities

c. Building Description has changed to Building Style and is now a mandatory field.

are now required fields.

d. 3-Phase Electric and Single Phase Electric options added to Utilities

e. Canal Width 1-30 and Canal Width 31-80 options added to Canal Width

f. Bridge(s)/Water Indirect and No Bridge(s)/Water Direct options updated for Gulf Access Type

g. Bonus Amount Description Field added to Compensation with the options of “Dollar Amount” and
“Percentage of Sales Price”

h. Loss Factor is now Load/Loss Factor (%)

i. Number of Dock High Doors, Number of Truck Wells and Loading Dock Height options added to
Additional & Highlights

6. Boat Dock Input –

a. New Field – Number of Assigned Parking Spaces

b. New Field – Boat Dock Use with options of Commercial/Charter, Mixed, and Non-Commercial

c. New Field – Commercial/Charter: Y/N

d. New Field – Live Aboard: Y/N

e. Canal Width 1-30 and Canal Width 31-80 options added to Canal Width

f. Bridge(s)/Water Indirect and No Bridge(s)/Water Direct options updated for Gulf Access Type

g. Boat Lift Capacity becomes Mandatory if Boat Lift Type is Electric or Manual

h. Special Assessment field is now on the Financial Tab

i. Community Fee has been added to the Financial Tab

j. Club House, Fish Cleaning Station, and Other added as options under Amenities

k. Subject to Lease Y/N, Lease Description and Lease Expiration Date fields added to Financial.
Lease Description and Lease Expiration Date only required if Subject to Lease is “Yes”.

l. Bonus Amount Description Field added to Compensation with the options of

“Dollar Amount” and “Percentage of Sales Price”
